About the founder, Christopher Saines.
1982 – 2025
GLG Legal was founded in 2014 by Christopher Saines, a respected solicitor specialising in commercial and property law. Christopher established the firm with a single desk and his extraordinary determination. Through his leadership and commitment GLG Legal has grown into a leading firm recognised for its strength, integrity, and impact.
Christopher’s vision was to deliver industry-leading advice whilst supporting clients in a practical and approachable way. He led by example, placing emphasis on integrity, clarity and trust with everyone he partnered with.
The growth of GLG Legal reflects the culture Christopher fostered. His legacy continues through the people and principles that define the organisation, ensuring the spirit in which the firm was built on remains a core value for its future.
